Teeth in One Day

Get Permanent Teeth in One Day

This teeth in one day solution is attractive to patients wanting to get rid of their dentures, or to patients with failing teeth in need of full upper and/or lower dentures. This procedure, as the name implies, only requires four dental implants per jaw to support a fully customized set of replacement teeth. The entire teeth in one day treatment is completed while the patient is comfortably asleep using sedation dentistry, and the best part is that the procedure is virtually painless and the patient receives their full set of replacement teeth the same day.

Due to the rigid structure of the replacement teeth and the cross-stabilization provided by the dental implants you can go home that same day with a new set of teeth, even when extractions of failing teeth are required.

The procedure is performed in our office while you are asleep and comfortable, utilizing IV sedation. In a very safe manner. In addition, the entire process, including any necessary extractions, can be completed in one day with minimal recovery time. The result is a fully functional set of teeth that looks and feels natural, enhances self-confidence, and allows individuals to once again experience the foods and activities they enjoy most.

What is Teeth in One Day?

The technique utilizes four dental implants to attach your new set of permanent replacement teeth. Whether you’re missing a single tooth, or multiple teeth, dental implants are a great replacement. Using cone beam technology – which offers three-dimensional CAT scan imaging – we can create perfect-fitting implants every time. Each patient is carefully evaluated and treated. The result is almost miraculous. You will have a beautiful set of new teeth in a day.

Why choose Teeth in One Day?

Teeth in one day is an alternative to dentures. If you have dentures, partial dentures or advanced dental disease and you are going to lose your teeth, teeth in one day is a option for you. Modern implant-based dentistry has provided a solution to the edentulous ‘toothless’ patient that traditional dentures have never been able to deliver – immediate functionality with substantially increased quality of life.

This is accomplished with replacement teeth held solidly in place by four dental implants (the teeth in one day Procedure) which not only provides the comfort and security a patient is likely to be missing with removable dentures, but as importantly also preserves bone in the jaw.

In addition to receiving a fully customized set of replacement teeth in just one day, another tremendous benefit afforded by the teeth in one day procedure is its ability to almost always bypass the need for bone grafting – a surgery frequently required by more traditional treatment for patients with substantial loss of bone in the jaw.

The teeth in one day procedure eliminates the day-to-day frustrations and discomforts of dentures, and patients can once again enjoy the dietary freedom of those with natural teeth. It is the most sophisticated solution there is to tooth loss and edentulism.

The Procedure

Traditional approaches to restoring a full arch of teeth usually involved bone grafts, six or more implants, and as many as 18 months of treatment. That meant that a patient often would be without any teeth or with ill-fitting temporary dentures for more than a year.

With the teeth in one day Dental Implant Procedure, the patient has one or two visits to our office to gather information for a treatment plan (e.g., CAT scan, X-rays, impressions. photos). Following this consultation, the patient is scheduled for surgery implantation and the new teeth are fitted and adjusted that day (even when extractions are necessary).

The patient will return for occasional check-ups over the next several weeks and months. After almost six months, when the gums have fully healed and the implants are fused to the natural bone, we will take new impressions of the patient’s mouth and prepare a final, stronger permanent set of teeth adjusted to a perfect fit. This helps ensure the longest life of the teeth, and provide maximum support. beauty and function to the patient.

Teeth in one day titanium implants are placed so that the bone will grow around and secure them in place. With only four implants, there is much less invasive and lengthy surgery. Once the implants are in placed the new replacement teeth are secured to the implants.
